Products & Orders
All products are sold directly through this website. Orders are not finalized until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
Our candles are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in color, scent strength, or appearance are natural and are not considered defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment provider. Kelley’s Candles does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination once the order leaves our care.
Kelley’s Candles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
Candle Safety
By purchasing and using our products, you agree to follow all provided candle care and safety instructions. Kelley’s Candles is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety guidelines.
